This book is Titled 'Iconic American Moments' - it will be designed to be 40-48 Pages and distributed in to 50-100 communities in Palm Beach and Broward counties 3x a year. Sponsors are invited to become partners in this very unique program.

Nostalgic America has secured permission from several HOA Boards and Community staff members to deliver special Nostalgic Books to their residents (3) times per year!
We have created COMMUNITY PODS (based on the number of residents, the type community, and the geographical location of each community)
YOU CAN SELECT THE COMMUNITIES AND THE DISTRIBUTION DATES YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE A PART OF (PODS will fill up - please plan accordingly)
These PODS are separated in to 6,000 Books per distribution (equating to access to 12,000-15,000 residents per POD per distribution cycle) This strategy will help you make this a more targeted and affordable option for each sponsoring company.
DISTRIBUTION SCHEDULE - 3 times each year!
# 1 - February # 2 - June # 3 - October
Each Community will distribute these books to each resident 3 Times per year
The communities have agreed to distribute these books at their clubhouses, community cafes as well as when they distribute their in-house newsletters.
This is Guaranteed that each resident will receive their gift book in person. From experience, we know they will also share these with 2-4 of their neighbors and friends.

The Gift Books will be designed with a specific theme by Nostalgic America - Each book will be a collectible - GUARANTEEING THAT YOUR CUSTOMIZED MESSAGE WILL HAVE AN EXTENDED SHELF LIFE SITTING ON THEIR COFFEE TABLES
Each Book has a special Trivia Quiz Inside and the ANSWERS are listed on the bottom of each SPONSORS AD PAGE - driving eye balls to your specific page

Nostalgic America will secure a limited # of Sponsors per POD - Each sponsor will be Guaranteed access to the same communities 1-3 Times per year (your choice).
This is a 100% Turn Key program for you. Nostalgic America coordinates the printing and distribution to each community.
Sponsors will receive the following:
- A Full Page AD in the booklet
- A Trivia Quiz Answer on the bottom of your AD page
- Possible access in person when the books are being distributed
- Each community has their own COVID regulations and based on how things go in the future, they will let us know which communities will allow our sponsors to assist in their distribution - this is optional to you if available. We'll keep you posted.
